This Privacy Policy explains how Pomac Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles privacy for our mobile application GridSmash (“the App”).
We built GridSmash with privacy in mind. GridSmash does not collect, transmit, store, or share personal information or app usage data with Pomac Studio.
GridSmash does not collect any personal information, analytics data, crash diagnostics, account information, or gameplay data for Pomac Studio.
Your game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device so the App can function properly. This information stays on your device and is not collected by Pomac Studio.
If you choose to use Apple features such as Game Center or iCloud, Apple may process information under its own terms and privacy practices. Any such processing is handled by Apple, not by Pomac Studio. For more information, see Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Because GridSmash does not collect data from the App, we do not use App data for analytics, advertising, profiling, or marketing.
If you choose to contact us directly by email, we will use the information in your message only to respond to your enquiry.

We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or social media tracking SDKs into GridSmash.
Because we do not collect App data, Pomac Studio does not retain App data. Any game progress stored on your device or in your personal iCloud account remains under your control.
If you email us, we may retain that correspondence only as needed to respond to your message or keep a support record.
Since Pomac Studio does not collect data from GridSmash, we generally do not hold App data to access, correct, delete, or export.
If you contact us by email and want us to delete that correspondence, you can request this at privacy@pomacstudio.com.
GridSmash is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
Because the App does not send data to Pomac Studio, there is no App data stored on our servers. If you use Apple services such as iCloud or Game Center, the security of that data is governed by Apple.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of GridSmash after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
